Dutch documents
Dutch civil extracts (uittreksel) come from the municipal civil registry (burgerlijke stand), and Belgian ones from the commune. Both use a standard multi-language format for some extracts. Some Dutch and Belgian certificates are issued on a multilingual form that already includes English. We check whether the form is complete or still needs a translation of the free text.
