The terms under which Wayease provides translation and certification services between English and the languages listed on our languages page.
This page is a draft, not yet in force
Wayease translates documents between the languages listed on our languages page, to or from English or between two of them, and certifies them. A certified translation means a complete and accurate rendering of the source document, accompanied by a signed statement from the translator attesting to the accuracy of the translation and their competence to produce it — the form of certification described in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Certification speaks to the accuracy of the translation itself; it is not a statement about the authenticity of the original document, and it is not legal or immigration advice (see Section 7).
Notarization, apostille, and printed hard copies are not offered at this time. USCIS does not require notarization for most filings.
As the customer, you are responsible for:
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by an illegible source file, incorrect information you confirmed as correct, or a destination requirement you did not disclose to us before the order was placed.
Delivery tiers are sold with a concrete promised date shown at checkout, calculated from your order’s size and the delivery speed you choose. That promised date is a commitment, not an estimate. The one exception is a document that requires a manual page-count review — for example, a scan with no readable text layer — where the promised date is confirmed once that review is complete, and you are told before it changes.
Every certified order includes a review step before certification, where you can request changes to names, dates, and other details at no cost. After delivery, if a translation defect is identified — an omission or an inconsistency with the source document — we revise it free of charge. If USCIS (or the named receiving authority) rejects our certified translation, we revise it free, and if it is still not accepted we refund it in full. This does not extend to requests to change the content, formatting, or wording of the original document itself, which is not something a certified translation can alter.
Our full cancellation and refund policy — including what happens if you cancel before or after translation begins — is set out on the Refund Policy page, which is part of these terms.
Payment is processed by Stripe at the time you place an order. Wayease does not receive or store your full card number or other card details — Stripe handles that directly, under its own security standards. Prices shown at checkout, including any delivery-speed surcharge and add-ons you select, are the total amount charged; there are no hidden fees added afterward.
Wayease translates and certifies documents. We do not provide immigration, legal, or consular advice, and nothing we deliver — a translation, a certificate, a delivery date — should be read as an assessment of your case, your eligibility, or how an agency will treat your filing. For guidance on your specific case, consult a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative.
Because this page is a draft (see the notice above), it is expected to change before it is finalized. Once these terms are in force, we will note the date they last changed here and will not apply changes retroactively to an order already placed.
